SEOMAGunofficial Croatian SEO contestIn my opinion a very interesting way of benchmarking your competence is taking part in a contest. That is why I am really excited about seomag contest announced on a Croatian forum: seomag contest
Since I am from this small country I expect that competition will not be very big but really tough. Additionally this seo contest is announced on a number of other ex Yugoslavia countries so some seo people from our neighbor countries are taking part too and this contest is getting more and more exciting. Now I am not just focused on my win, I would really like that at least a webmaster from my country wins :-)
The Rules for Seomag ContestThe rules for seomag contest are very simple. You need to be at #1 position in Google for keyword seomag on October the 1st, 2008 at 12:00 CET. Basically that's it. There are no other rules on what is allowed and what is not. It seems that everything is allowed, you just need to be number one at given time.
Seomag Contest PrizePrize is not very much. If you win you will receive the seomag.net domain, but the prize is not really important, the most valuable thing here is fun and the feeling of beating others in this, for me, really important field. If you don't succeed in good ranking, well, you don't have to announce with which site you are competing so nobody will know about your ranking :-) and you will do better next time :-)
Anyway, SEO is my favorite sport and I am looking forward in participating in seomag contest. |
